Although the name DG Medical was only adopted in 2010, the plastics molding expertise of the DG Medical team has been going strong for more than 30 years as part of the long-established DimcoGray Corporation, who specializes in the manufacture of thermoplastic and thermoset commercial and industrial knobs and handles. Having long been a trusted supplier of superior quality plastic molded components to many of the world’s leading medical device OEMs for years, establishing DG Medical as a full service contract manufacturer of medical devices was a natural off-shoot.
Today, DG Medical is FDA Registered, ISO 13485:2003 and 9001:2008 certified, and offers an ISO 7 (Class 10,000) clean room environment for molding the highest quality medical devices that comply with regulatory standards. DG Medical understands medical polymers, mold design and plastic molding processes, so our seasoned team of medical molding experts provides you with the best solution for bringing your product from conception to production.
