Centerville, Ohio, USA, January 9, 2012: DG Medical, a full-service contract manufacturer specializing in plastic molding of medical devices, announces the addition of Michelle R. Schnell to its Engineering and Quality Group. Schnell joins the company as Quality Engineer and will oversee the company’s Quality System to confirm compliance with ISO 13485 quality standards and FDA regulations.
Michelle has over seven years experience in the development and execution of quality systems in the medical device industry. Before joining DG Medical, she served as Quality Engineer at AtriCure (West Chester, OH) and most recently as Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Director at Verium Diagnostics (Cincinnati, OH). She brings to her new position an in-depth understanding of quality validation and data reporting requirements to assure compliance with industry regulations. In addition, her strong project leadership skills and experience in new product development will benefit DG Medical customers as they navigate through all aspects of the quality process.
