DG Medical is equipped with the latest technology in Fused Deposition Molding (FDM) and we can quickly provide small quantity prototypes of your design within days. A working 3-D model, molded directly from your design within close tolerances, offers you the advantage of seeing the integrity of your design early in the design and development process. For quantities from 25 up to several thousand, aluminum or steel alloy molds are used to provide quality prototypes, allowing you a cost effective way to assess, tweak, and test the product. These tools may also be used as a bridge to satisfy smaller quantity production runs prior to entering the final production phase.
